Avohass contains high levels of Oleic acid, Omega-9 Monounsaturated Fatty Acid, antioxidant that prevents oxidative stress that leads to a number of health conditions, including cancer. Oleic acid offers various health benefits, including improvements to cholesterol levels, blood pressure and inflammation, along with decreased heart disease risk and the potential to improve both mood and cognition. Avohass also contains high levels of Beta-sitosterol, a plant-based substance known as Phytosterols, which are similar in structure to cholesterol and may help reduce the risk of heart disease. Beta-sitosterol may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by lowering LDL cholesterol in the blood and can reduce the risk of atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), a condition which contributes to heart attack and stroke. High in Vitamin E and Vitamin A. Κ232 and Κ270 show UV absorption at 232nm and 270nm and provides information about purity and alteration. Delta K is used to determine if extra virgin avocado oil has been blended with a non extra virgin avocado oil or foreign oil, for example refined / expeller pressed avocado oil or canola oil. Avohass is 100% Pure Extra Virgin Avocado Oil and this is proven by the low UV index results and non-existent Delta K results shown in the analysis. The level of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) in extra virgin avocado oil measures the rancidity of the avocado oil. Extra Virgin Avocado Oil with high levels of FFA above 1.2% are rejected. Avohass specifications set the highest quality and nutrition standards in the avocado oil industry.
