3rd Party Independent Lab Results

Avohass requires 3rd party independent lab analysis for each lot of Extra Virgin Avocado Oil (EVAO) produced. Independent lab results below were conducted by LJB Laboratory in Spain analyzing Kenya EVAO. Certificate of Analysis (COA) indicates on a consistent basis high levels of Oleic Acid, an Omega-9 Monounsaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA), as shown in the Fatty Acid Composition section of the COA below. Oleic acid offers various health benefits, including improvements to blood pressure and inflammation, along with decreased heart disease risk and the potential to improve both mood and cognition. Avohass also contains high levels of Beta-sitosterol, a plant-based substance known as Phytosterols, which are similar in structure to cholesterol and may help reduce the risk of heart disease. Beta-sitosterol may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by lowering the risk of atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), a condition which contributes to heart attack and stroke. High in Alpha-Tocopherol (Vitamin E) and rich in Beta-Carotene. In addition to lab results, UV testing is done in the Κ232 and Κ270 spectrum which shows UV absorption at 232nm and 270nm and proves EVAO purity. Avohass is 100% Pure Extra Virgin Avocado Oil and this is proven by the UV index results and the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) composition. The level of FFA in EVAO measures the rancidity of the avocado oil. EVAO with FFA levels above 1.2% are rejected. Avohass specifications set the highest quality and nutrition standards in the avocado oil industry.
