Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions

At Avohass, we strive to provide a reliable and efficient shipping experience. Please review the terms below, which apply to all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, it is considered shipped.

Avohass is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the order and destination.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed off to the carrier.

Avohass is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Avohass is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

International orders do not include tariffs, duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees.

All applicable charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and/or the shipping carrier and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Timing of Charges

Avohass provides a complete and accurate Commercial Invoice with each shipment.

Avohass does not control and is not responsible for:

Duties, taxes, or fees imposed

Delays caused by customs processing

Refused Shipments & Returns

If a shipment is refused for any reason — including refusal due to duties, taxes, or carrier fees — and returned to Avohass:

Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

A restocking fee may apply

Any damage incurred during return transit will be deducted from the refund

If a returned shipment is lost, abandoned, or not returned, no refund will be issued.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require that you pay for shipping to send the product back to Avohass and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
